News: Mark Ells receives 2007 Leadership and Vision Award

Mark Ells recently received the 2007 Leadership and Vision Award from the Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers. The award, presented at the Nebraska Statewide Child Abuse Prevention's "Children Need Heroes Everyday" conference, is in recognition of the years of service Ells has given to establishing and supporting the statewide network of child advocacy centers. He has been teaching forensic interviewing techniques in Nebraska as part of the Small Voices program for six years and has worked with Nebraska's "1184" multidisciplinary child abuse and neglect investigation and treatment teams for 10 years. Ells is an attorney and a Research Assistant Professor of Psychology at CCFL.
